Since Goku had a sparring partner to train with on King Kai's planet, he grew twice stronger then originally in Z, both learned the Kaioken but in different ways- Goku could increase Kaioken through multipliers but Piccolo can't however he did master using Kaioken for longer duration of time, pushing all the way up to 1 hour. After some further convincing, Piccolo tells his own joke and Kami can hold his laughter, letting him pass (the joke was about Yamcha of course) and a spark of joy forms in his soul, which further grows into fire and changes Piccolos heart. Frieza’s infinitely stronger than Frost and considering he can outspeed an Instant Transmission user, why would Frost’s prepped blast pose any threat? Why bother with the act? If Frieza wanted to betray Frost, he could’ve instantly defeated him at any time. Whatever point it wanted to get across took too long. I don’t feel like much happened this episode. Thought him seeing Golden was foreshadowing. Not that I care about Frost but this was a most boring way for him to go out considering how much time he got last episode. Where else was Gohan going to learn Instant Transmission? Not Goku!įrost is finally out not by the hands of Vegeta or god forbid 18 gets to avenge Krillin.

Yardrat guy says he wants to teach Gohan his moves. Not to mention Gohan can already stay Super Saiyan as his base. If you’re using the stamina excuse, Mystic doesn’t drain like Super Saiyan would. Gohan of all people should be taking this seriously. Frieza rightfully points out their stupidity. Gohan doesn’t transform either (except to fake it). These should’ve been sprinkled all over this arc. Even if they aren’t fleshed out, it’s nice to see bits of random battles.
